Security

Video surveillance cameras have been installed in the pool area.

Our private security has been expanded to tour the community during the day. Unauthorized vehicles or those parked on the grass, sidewalk and those left at the pool will be ticketed and towed.  Security will also be watching for trespassers and other safety issues.

Kids playing - watch out!

Please do not drive fast in Hidden Lake.   "Children at Play" signs are not permitted on the street.  Please watch your children and pets so they don't go in the street. 

Dogs

Many homeowners enjoy the companionship of their dogs.  Please do not let your dogs bark incessantly as it is a disturbance to your neighbors.  All dog waste must be picked up or owners will be reported to the Palm Beach Sheriff.

Paint Colors 

Homeowners must submit an application to paint their homes anything other than their original color.   Colors are listed by downloading this PDF but you must get approval 

Roof replacement tiles must also be approved.
